General suggestions for improvement

Hello, Zap team, here are my suggestions

Game servers, VPS, and dedicated servers in locations in Latin America—maybe in Brazil?.

Add other secure payment methods to make it easier for users to purchase servers.

Easy-to-use tools for creating different game servers (Minecraft, Hytale, Rust, DayZ, Ark, and others) on a Windows VPS or Windows dedicated server, so that users interested in a VPS or dedicated server can easily create their own game server even if they only have a VPS or dedicated machine. (I have personally created some of these tools for my YouTube members.) I believe this is a key factor in choosing Zap-Hosting over other hosting providers.

Automatic backup tools for VPS or dedicated servers, both in snapshot mode and for user-selected folders. For example:

A user has a VPS server with Ark: Survival Ascended and may want to automate backups of the “saves” folder of their Ark server on their VPS or dedicated server, and store those backups either on Zap’s FTP or on other platforms like Google Drive or MEGA.

With an intuitive panel, they could configure these automatic backups by choosing which folders to save, which days to perform the backup, etc. In other words, similar to game server backups but also available for VPS or dedicated servers. The idea is that, thanks to many small features that competitors don’t offer, users will choose Zap-Hosting without hesitation.

Add the possibility for affiliates to create their own discount coupons (20%, 30%, and 50%) and to create or delete them whenever they want, without having to contact the marketing department. This way, affiliates would have full control over their campaigns and the coupons being used. For example, coupons could be configured for single use, limited duration (X days), or unlimited, and the affiliate could delete them whenever they consider appropriate.

Add affiliate commissions based on coupon usage as well. This would allow for much more active promotion on platforms like TikTok, etc. Currently, I think many affiliates don’t promote on TikTok or YouTube Shorts because it’s very difficult for commissions to be tracked via cookies, especially coming from these platforms.

Add the possibility of having preinstalled panels like Pterodactyl or others on a VPS or dedicated server. Making these installations easier, as I mentioned before, are small details that add up—and together make it difficult to choose another hosting provider over Zap.

Add Spanish-language customer support via ticket system.

I have to say that Zap-Hosting is already amazing, but if any of these suggestions are welcomed, even better.
