Longer Login Session / Disable Auto-Logout

For security reasons, we’re not able to extend the dashboard login duration or add a “Remember me” option. The auto-logout is intentionally triggered after periods of inactivity to protect account access and sensitive server data.

For longer setup sessions, we strongly recommend working directly on the machine itself rather than through the dashboard. This avoids interruptions and also provides more stable control during configuration. You can connect using:

• RDP for Windows servers

• SSH for Linux servers

• ILO/IPMI for dedicated machines

These access methods are designed specifically for extended administrative sessions and won’t be affected by dashboard timeouts.

Further reasons are that this also reduces load on our host system for all our amazing customers providing a smoother experience to only those who are actively using the site.

If you are actively using the site you won’t be auto-logged out.
