Publish changelogs in every language

Since when I (ger/de) go on the changelogs page, it is empty. I want it to be showing ones. Idm, If it is temporarly on english and later gets updated (currently it has the Parameter in the api

"en"

];

Meaning in de i don’t See it)

      I am pretty sure that in german for example the changelog isn’t available
