    Thanks for the suggestion. We actually already have an email notification system for downtime. You can subscribe to it by going to our status page at status.zap-hosting.com and clicking the paper plane icon to enter your email.

    For more custom notifications like webhooks, you could set up your own monitoring tool (like Uptime Kuma) to ping your services with us and create your own notification webhooks that way.
