Add games

I'd like to play an older game with my friends, but I can't find it or it's not available.

We'd like to be able to set up servers for the following games so we can play together:
Call of Duty (2003)
Call of Duty United Offensive (expansion for 2003)
Call of Duty 2
Call of Duty 4 (Modern Warfare)
Call of Duty 5 (World at War)

I hope you can make this possible or suggest a way to manually install and start these servers. (We have the server files for this!)
