Currently, Zap Hosting gives random subdomains like:
teal-scorpion-28726.zap.cloud


Suggestion:
Allow users to choose a custom subdomain once they buy 1 server.

Example:

  • User chooses: name.zap.cloud

  • With more servers, they can use:

    • s1.name.zap.cloud

    • s2.name.zap.cloud

    • mc.name.zap.cloud

Benefits:

  • Easier to remember

  • More professional & brand-friendly

  • Better organization for multiple servers

This would greatly improve user experience with minimal complexity.

    Thanks for the suggestion regarding custom subdomains.

    For security and abuse prevention reasons, we don't permit custom naming using our zap.cloud domain. However, you can achieve a similar result by using your own custom domain. You can connect your own domain to your server to get that personalized, easy-to-remember address you're looking for.
