This is blocked for security reasons, for my awareness as webspaces are shared products, a whole configuration would need to be made in order to get ports setup for each customers instance, and furthermore as the ports would be open on the webspace it would make it more vulnerable to attacks where we would also then need to configure the ddos to each port that is using a certain node application.
For this reason due to the complexity, customers are just advised to host the plesk with nodejs on their own vservers so they are in control of the ports and the security of their webinstance.
