ZAP could make a custom GPT (https://chatgpt.com/gpts) that connects to their knowledgebase, docs and tutorials. This would give users a personal assistant they can chat with whenever they have a problem.

Instead of searching through articles, users could just type the issue and instantly get:

• The exact documentation page

• A matching YouTube tutorial

• Step-by-step instructions

This would save users a lot of time and also reduce the load on support, since many common issues could be solved instantly with the GPT.
