I have already suggested this here. This was rejected and subsequently justified by ZAP!

Hey 👋
Thanks for your post, in regards to some of the features you asked for.
We spoken to the team and got some clarification back on some of the suggestions you made,
Our site is already compatible with mobile therefore we don’t look for creating an app at this stage however it is something we can indeed look at for the future.
We are already working on some security features that allow users to login via different methods while face ID and biometric login sounds sweet! We may not be able to implement such as we have to follow strict data protection laws, while our focus is adding more authentication methods like google login, discord login etc.. biometric auth is not on the list however will be considered after the first phase of login methods have been added.
We do already hold a notification system in regards to services going down and maintenance etc.. this is handled by our status page in which you can subscribe to as such:
https://status.zap-hosting.com/
You would already be subscribed to get notifications on your tickets and invoices. That is handled in our privacy area of your account.
In regards to our interface administration suggestion you made, we are in the current works of this at the moment as part of our interface updates, we will be sharing more information on this in the coming weeks after black-friday once everything is settled on the developers side of things.
Thanks for your suggestions, if you have any further questions please feel free to reply.

I had this idea as well, it could be just a progressive web app and would be fine, as it can feel more user-friendly instead of opening a browser
